At DoctorGroth.com, I am happy to share stretches and exercises for patients to help with common musculoskeletal pains. Also, I have included an OMM teaching section for Osteopathic physicians and students.
Monday-Thursday 7am- 5pm
Check out free stretching exercises and osteopathic treatments. All videos and techniques demonstrated should be performed under the medical recommendation and supervision of medical personnel only. Osteopathic Manipulation techniques should be performed by licensed physicians or Osteopathic students under the supervision of an attending physician.
